Salad cheese

Feta-type salad cheese made from goat’s milk is quite salty and has a crisp consistency. It is a good addition to pasta, fresh salad or various fruits. Also suitable for use in various pastries and quiche.

The selection includes salad cheese in two different oil marinades:

– Herb marinade containing basil, thyme, oregano and rosemary

– Blackcurrant marinade containing blackcurrant leaves, laurel, dill and pepper

The oil marinade is suitable for seasoning salads, marinating vegetables, meat and fish or for dipping a crispy baguette.
